Based on the unbelieveably fantastic opus by The Protomen ([link]). Their retelling of the Mega Man mythos in a wholly different way and setting made for a grittier, more mechanical Rock who had been pieced together by whatever Dr. Light could sneak past the watchful robot sentries. He has his brother's eyes.

I like all of the details, but the pose and overall composition is dull as drywall. Put more time into your guidelines before starting on the more complex aspects.
